母猪喂服中药黄白痢散对哺乳仔猪血液的有关生理生化及免疫学参数的影响

Effect of feeding traditional Chinese herbal medicine Huangbailisan to sows on blood physiological,biochemical and immune parameters in sucking piglets

选取品种、胎次、分娩期相近的10头待产母猪,随机分为试验组和对照组.试验组的母猪从产前5-7 d开始,每头每天分别喂服50 g中药黄白痢散一次,产后1-2 d连喂2次,之后每隔5 d再喂一次,直至断奶.于仔猪出生后的20 d,从每窝仔猪中随机选取体重相近的空腹公、母仔猪各一头,采血检测相关指标,探讨母猪喂服黄白痢散对哺乳仔猪血液的有关生理生化及免疫学参数的影响.结果表明,给母猪喂服黄白痢散能提高哺乳仔猪血红蛋白含量10.36%(P<0.05)、红细胞比积8.00%(P<0.05)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度2.19%(P<0.05)、血清总蛋白含量16.56%(P<0.01)、血清白蛋白含量17.97%(P<0.05)、乳酸脱氢酶活性31.17%(P<0.05),其他指标有提高的趋势,但差异不明显.

10 farrowing sows which had similar species, fetal numbers and farrowing dates were randomly divided into two groups, one of which was used for the control and the other for the treatment. Huangbailisan was given at the dose of 50 grams per day to each sow of the treatment group in 5 - 7 days before farrowing for one day and in 1 - 2 days after farrowing for 2 successive days and then once again every 5 days interval until weaning. 3 litter piglets which had same farrowing dates in each group were selected as testing piglets. Blood samples of two piglets in each litter in 20 days after farrowing were collected and detected so as to investigate the effect of feeding traditional Chinese herb medicines Huangbailisan to sows on blood physiological, biochemical and immune parameters in sucking piglets. The results were as follows： contents of hemoglobin in treatment piglets increased by 10.36% （P 〈 0.05 ） , hematocrit incresased by 8.00% （ P 〈 0.05 ） , mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration increased by 2.19% （ P 〈 0.05 ） , total protein increased by 16.56% （P 〈 0.01 ）, albumin increased by 17.97% （P 〈 0.05） and the activity of lactate dehydrogenase increased by 31.17% （P 〈 0.05 ） respectively, as compared to the control piglets. Though other physiological and biochemical parameters of sucking piglets in treatment group were higher than that of control group, there had no statistic significance.
