膜分离技术在乳品工业中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 本文综述了膜分离技术的特点、分离机理、分类及其在乳品除菌、浓缩、乳蛋白标准化、乳蛋白质分级分离、乳清产品加工等乳品工业方面的应用。由于膜分离技术具有显著的经济效益和环保作用,故其发展迅速,应用也越来越广泛。本文还针对其应用前景进行了展望。
