摘要
控制棒水力驱动系统是不同于一般水动力堆使用的电磁-机械式传动系统的新型传动装置。它以反应堆冷却剂(水)为工作介质,经泵加压后,注入安装在压力壳内的水力步进缸,通过流量来控制水力步进缸外套作步进式运动,拖动与之相联的中子吸收元件。5MW HTR 是世界上首座使用这种传动的反应堆。采用该传动是为得到更好的安全特性,更可靠的驱动特性和良好的经济性。
Hydraulic control rod drive system(HCRDS)is a new device of con-trol rod drive which is different with usual electric-magnetic mechanicdrive used for water power nuclear reactor.The coolant(water)is used asactuating medium,pumped by canned-pump,then injected into hydraulic stepcylinders which are set in the reactor vessel.The outer tube of the stepcylinder will be moving step by step by controling of the flow,drivingthe neutron absorber.5MW THR is the first reactor in the world inwhich the hydraulic step drive system was used.Using of the drivesystem is for getting better safety,reliability and lower cost.In thispaper,the design and experimental research of the system are introduced.
