磺酰脯氨酰胺水相不对称催化Aldol反应

摘要 以自制的手性N-对硝基苯磺酰基脯氨酰胺为催化剂,在水相中不对称催化环酮与芳香醛的反应,以很高的产率、非常高的dr值与ee值得到Aldol反应产物。 A chiral N-prolylbenzenesulfonamide was synthesized and was used in the direct Aldol reactions in water as organocatalysts. Using the catalyst the aldol product was obtained in much higher dr values, ee values and yield in comparison to that observed using other organocatalysts.
