摘要
论证了可持续发展平衡论思想不可行,通过对资源矛盾、资产矛盾和发展矛盾的分析,构建了生态、社会和经济的可持续发展层级结构模型,并以此为基础,分析均衡模型、生产可能性曲线模型和倒"U"形模型3种可持续发展实施与评价观点的不足,提出基于承载力的可持续发展风险评价模型。
It was proved that the balanced thought of sustainable development is impracticable in this paper. Based on the analysis of contradiction of resource, contradiction of asset and contradiction of development, the grade model about ecology, society and economy was constructed. And then, the deficiency about balanced model, production possibilities curve and fall ‘U＇ curve was discussed, the model of risk evaluation based on carrying capacity was put forward.
