东京晴海岛海神广场的结构制振设计

摘要 东京晴海岛海神广场建于2001年,是由3栋超高层智能型办公大楼及周边商业设施构成的综合建筑群。基于抗震性能设计理念,结构设计师在这3栋超高层办公大楼里合理地布置了阻尼器,以用来有效地吸收大地震时的地震能量。本文介绍了大楼的结构体系和设计方针,同时也介绍了制振构件的布置及其制振效果的验证。 The office towers in Harumi Island Triton Square, completed in March 2001,are super-high-rise buildings designed u sing damage controlled design concept in order to preserve their asset value in the event of major earthquake. Based on this design method, these office buildings are designed for the main structure, such as columns and beams, is not dam aged during a major earthquake, using energy dissipation devices effectively. This report explains the outline of Harumi Island Triton Square, the structural design of the office buildings, and an experiment confirming the analysis model using a full scale model of the framework with energy dissipation devices.
