我国退役运动员就业安置问题的对策

Countermeasures of aftercare of ex-service athletes in China

通过文献资料法对我国退役运动员就业安置存在的问题进行了研究。提出为了妥善安置退役运动员,应改革专业化的训练体制,促进运动员的可持续发展;强化以"学校"为依托的运动员培养模式;建立行之有效的社会保障系统,并强化监督执行力度;建立运动员就业培训制度;以市场为导向,拓宽运动员就业渠道。

With the research method of literature study, this paper researches into the problems in the aftercare of the ex-service athletes in China. This paper also proposes measures such as to inform the specialized training system to improve the sustainable development of the athletes, to strengthen the school-based athlete development model, to establish effective ,social welfare system, strengthen supervision, to establish the athlete training system and to create more employment opportunities for the athletes.
