摘要
通过对健美专项课学生学习评价方式与体系构建的依据进行探讨,提出了健美专项课学生学习评价方式与体系构建的特点和原则,以及运动参与、运动技能、体质健康、心理健康和社会适应的评价内容、权重和方式。
This paper discusses the construction basis of the student's learning way and system of the course of the sport of strengthening body and developing muscles. It also proposes construction features and principles as well as assessment content and ways of sport participation ,sport techniques,physical health and social adaptability.
