为了探索体育教学的新方法,依据现代教学理论的成果,结合游泳技术课教学的特点,进行"自主—合作"学习方法的教学实验。问卷调查和教学效果显示:此学习方法能有效培养学生的创新意识和合作能力;教学效果具有显著性差异。结果说明,"自主—合作"学习的教学效果优于传统教学方法,是一种值得推广的教学方法。

This paper expatiates on the independence-cooperation learning on the basis of the features of the swimming lesson, It also proposes that this kind of learning can develop the student＇s creativity and cooperation eompe tence and the independence-cooperation learning style is better than the traditional teaching method.
