This paper mainly introduced the application of Excel and SPSS to examination result analysis.Be in the light of an in-brief and enough-for-use principle,it introduced the most practical function in the software.On Excel application,the simple description of data and square diagram analysis were illustrated.On SPSS application,four functions which were the statistical charts,conversion divides for the standard,the positive distribute all rate diagram and form couples the t-examination of sample were introduced.
