An Economic Analysis of The Obstacles Restraining The Reemployment of Unemployed Female

失业女性就业再就业难是一个非常严峻的社会现实。从经济学角度分析,制约失业女性再就业的主要因素是,就业岗位短缺、经营主体趋利化的行为选择、社会公共品的缺失和失业女性人力资源存量不足等。推进女性就业工作是一项艰辛而复杂的工作,需要政府、社会、特别是失业者个人的共同努力。

The reemployment of unemployed female is a serious social problem. From the view point of economics, the main factors of restraining include the shortage of job opportunities, the conduct of profit-oriented operators, and the insufficient stock of female human resource. To promote job creation is such a hard and complicated job that the government, society and, especially, the unemployed female should work together.
