造纸水分测试数据采集和处理系统设计与实现

摘要 为了解决造纸生产在线检测装置自适应能力不强、自动检测易受工作环境影响、在线检测精度不高、稳定性不好等问题,本文提出了基于达芬奇系统的水分测试数据采集和处理系统。该系统采用高精度高速A/D芯片和三菱PLC作下位机,通过232串口将各种信号量传送到上位机内部进行处理。上位机内部应用程序采用构件技术,可维护性好、可扩充性强、稳定性好。该系统经过调试运行,人机界面友好,各数据实时逼真,系统可靠性高,抗干扰能力强,产品质量有所提高。 In order to solve the problems such as less adaptive capability,automatic detection being easily affected by the work environment,low on-line measurement accuracy and poor stability for on-line paper production detection devices,this paper presents an acquiring and processing data system for moisture testing based on Leonardo da Vinci system.The system uses high-precision and high-speed A /D chips and Mitsubishi PLC for the under crew,sends all kinds of signals to a PC for processing through RS232.The component technology is adopted for internal application programs of PC,which makes the system easy to maintain,extend and have good stability.After debugging and running,the system has friendly Man-machine interface with real-time data,good reliability and strong anti-jamming.Production quality is improved as well.
