摘要
阐述了一种新型环面蜗杆传动——无侧隙双滚子包络环面蜗杆传动的结构和传动原理。应用空间啮合理论建立了该传动的啮合方程,推导了该新型环面蜗杆齿面方程和蜗轮接触线方程,并导出了传动的诱导法曲率、润滑角和自转角等计算公式。在大量的数值计算的基础上,分析了该传动的主要性能特点和影响该传动啮合性能的主要参数。
The structure and the working principle of a new kind of hourglass worm gearing,which is called non-backlash hourglass worm gearing,are introduced.Based on the space engagement theory,the meshing equation of the non-backlash hourglass worm gearing is established,and the tooth surface equations of worm and contacting line equations of worm gear are deduced.The formulas of induced normal curvature,lubrication angle and rotation angle of the non-backlash hourglass worm gearing are derived.Based on numerical calculations,the main characteristics and the main parameters,which impact the engagement performance of this transmission,are analyzed.
