浅谈我国高校的学科建设

Preliminary Discussion of Discipline Construction at the Tertiary Institutions in China

从对大学"学科"和"学科建设"的含义的认知开始,讨论了大学学科的功能和作用、"人"、"物"等学术能力的构建和学科设置、结构等大学学科建设中的基本要素,分析了大学学科特色的形成背景和大学学科与专业的区别,提出了大学行政权利与学术权利之间关系的问题,以此引为我国大学学科建设和学科发展的思考。

Starting with the understanding of ＂discipline＂ and ＂discipline construction＂ at the tertiary institutions, the paper discusses the fundamental dements in discipline construction at the tertiary institutions such as the function of the university disciplines, the development of the academic capacity in terms of manpower and the infrastructure, and the setting - up and structure of the disciplines. It also analyzes the formation of the characteristic disciplines and the difference between disciplines and specialties. Finally, it presents the issue of the relationship between the administrative power and the academic power at the tertiary institutions so as to stimulate us to take thought on how to construct and develop the disciplines at the tertiary institutions.
