摘要
导游薪酬制度是搞好导游管理工作的核心制度之一,其合理与否将直接影响导游服务的质量。目前,我国导游薪酬制度的设计比较混乱,这直接导致了导游收入的不稳定和导游服务质量的降低。
The salary system is very important to the management of the tourist guide, its rationality has the immediate influence to the grade of service. However, the design of tourist guide's salary system is quite chaotic in China, this caused the tourist guide's income unstable and the low grade of service. This article has a research on the tourist guide's salary system's design from human resources management angle, and provides a corresponding solution.
