摘要
以TiCl4为起始原料,经TEA分散Ti(OH)4沉淀制得了氢氧化钛溶胶,发现溶胶在20℃左右的水中形成冻胶,在40℃以上的水中形成白色沉淀。利用紫外光谱、TEM、XRD等对溶胶体、干凝胶进行了研究,研究结果表明:此法制得的氢氧化钛溶胶的无机杂质Cl-易于除去,Ti(OH)4溶胶的凝胶化时间可控;分散体在40℃时析出的沉淀为胶质粒子,干燥物为凝胶;在75℃时析出的沉淀开始晶化;在95℃时析出的沉淀已明显晶化。
A novel method for preparation of titanium hydroxide sol and gel has been developed. The titanium hydroxide was prepared by dropping TEA-Ti (OH)4 sol which was prepared form TICl4 reacted with NaOH, and triethanolamine(TEA) in the deioned water. The influences of temperature, ratio between Ti (OH)4 and TEA was studied. Results showed that the gelation time of titanium hydroxide could be controlled through adjusting the PH and the ratio between Ti (OH)4 and TEA. The particle size of titanium hydroxide sol is about 5nm and the high temperature (70℃) will promote crystallization of the titanium hydroxide to TiO2.
