Application of grey system theory in rapid quote to the biddings of construction projects

应用模糊数学和灰色关联分析理论以及概率统计等方法,针对建筑工程招投标快速报价的估算进行了研究和探讨,建立了快速报价的数学模型,编制了计算机应用程序。理论研究和实际应用结果表明,在给定工程量的条件下,取得了快速报价的估算精度高,速度快,使用方便等效果。

By applying fuzzy mathematics and grey system theory and statistical method, the rapid quoting for the biddings of construction projects was studied. A mathematical model was established for rapid quote, and the applying computer program was developed. Theoretical analysis and application in practice indicate that it can obtain results with better accuracy, efficiency and convenience by using this evaluation method for rapid quoting than other conventional methods.
