It is an innovative subject to take control of police education with scientific development view. The talent - based flourishing is taken as an important strategy by the police. This article associates the human -centered idea, harmonious concept, sustainable development theory with the reality of the police education, explores the idea, mode and mechanism innovation of the police talent cultivation, studies the systematic construction of the police talent cultivation in order to promote the innovation of the police education and practice, enhance the police talent cultivation quality, perfect the police talent structure and improve the executive power of the police.
