By the combined effects of various factors such as public opinions, the quality of teachers, as well as relevant laws, teacher＇s right of punishment in the educational practice usually means the act either of abuse or of omission. This does harm to both teachers＇ and students＇ rights. In order to change the situation, the development of the rule of education law should be accelerated, the qualities of teachers and students should be improved, and the education environment should be upgraded.
