Computer crime, as a kind of high technology crime, is stored and transferred via internet or computer, whose many evidences are not only difficult to draw, but easy to change and destroy. Therefore, the computer forensics has already becoming the important means of cracking down on the crime. As an inter-principle of science of law, criminal investigation and computer science, it has become a key point for people to study.
