侦查僵局是侦查机关在办理刑事案件过程中，侦查主体对案件的认识陷入困境，或其它一些因素影响侦查主体的思维及行为而使侦查工作难以深入下去，案件侦查呈现的僵持或停滞状态。要打破僵局，推进侦查，首先必须准确地查明僵局的成因，然后有针对性地采取破解僵局的方法。
