In the practice of physical education, teachers are always puzzled by a difficult question that students are not enthusiastic about the practice. With the concept of ＂Happy Sports＂ becoming popular among the students, interest teaching in PE is beginning to be fully accepted. Interest is the best teacher as well as the most direct driving force of study. It can be said that interest plays an important role in students＇ training motives and results.
