电针任督脉经穴对脑缺血大鼠侧脑室下区ERK通路的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的:研究电针任督脉经穴对局灶性脑缺血侧脑室下区(SVZ)细胞外信号调节激酶(ERK)通路的调节作用。方法:线栓法制作大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞(MCAO)模型。通过Westem blot方法研究各组ERK1/2磷酸化的活性特征。结果:电针大鼠任督脉经穴治疗后ERK1/2磷酸化水平在MCAO 7 d后开始提高,这一促进作用至少在MCAO 14 d后要强于单独电针督脉治疗。结论:电针任督脉经穴对大鼠局灶性脑缺血的ERK通路起着重要的调节作用。 Objective: To determine the role of electroacupuncturing Ren and Du vessels on extracellular signal-regulated kinase pathway in SVZ of focal cerebral ischemia. Methods: Male adult Wistar rats underwent right middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO)after introducing a nylon suture to the right internal carotid artery. ERK1/2 phosphorylation were detected by Western blot analysis. Results: In electroacupuncturing Ren and Du vessels treated rats,7 d after MCAO,the level of pERK1/2 rised compared with the control group rats;and 14 d after MCAO,the level of pERK1/2 did compared with electroacupuncturing Du vessel treated rats. Conclusions: This study demonstrates electroacupuncturing Ren and Du vessels plays an important role on extracellualar signal-regulated kinase pathway in focal cerebral ischemia.
