摘要
目的:探讨全胃切除术后肠内营养的早期治疗效果及安全性、可行性。方法:选择2004年8月~2006年8月因胃癌进行全胃切除术的100例病人,随机分为两组,对照组50例经外周静脉给予静脉营养支持,实验组50例经空肠营养管给予输注肠内营养液。对两组病人术前、术后进行营养状态评价,比较术后肠功能恢复情况及住院天数、住院费用等。结果:术后营养支持使病人营养状况均有所改善,肠内营养的病人术后肠蠕动恢复快,住院时间短且费用低,并发症少。结论:全胃切除术后早期肠内营养安全有效、简便、经济,对促进胃肠道功能恢复,保护肠黏膜,防治感染性并发症,改善机体营养状况起到一定的积极作用。
Objective: Probe into the early treatment effect,securlty and feasibility of intestinal nutrition after gastrectomy. Methods:Choec the 100 stomach carcinoma patients with the gastrectomy, divided into control group and test group at random, the control group (50 cases) had vein nutrition sustain by transfusion , the test group(50 cases) had accepted intestinal nutrition. The energy was approximately equal between two groups. The nutrition state was evaluated in two groups before and after operation. The recovery of intestinal function function , hospital stay and hospital charge were also evaluated. Results : The early intestinal nutrition after total gastrectomy was effective, safe, economic and it better for maintaining the gastrectomy function and nutri- tion conditional of patients. Conclusion: early intestinal nutrition after total gastrectomy ,it's have safety, effect, handy,economic, it was actively action on resuming gastrointestinal function, protecting intestines mucous membrane, defending syndrome and ameliorating the organism nutrition status.
