用钠长阳起片岩代替粘土、铁粉配料生产高强水泥的研究

摘要 实验室及工业性试验证明,采用纳长阳起片岩代替粘土、铁粉配料生产旋窑水泥,只要率值和锻烧时间选择适当,不仅能生产出优质水泥熟料,而且还可以提高熟料产量,降低生产成本。并从反应机理上对钠长阳起片岩代替粘土、铁粉配料进行了初步探讨。 The laboratory and industrial test show that, when the albiteactinolite-schist is adopted to replace clay and pyrite in the proportioning in order to produce the rotary kiln cement, if the ratio and burning tirne are adequate, the high quality clinker can be produced and the output of clinker can be raised and the production cost reduced. Such replacement is also verified from the point of reaction mechanism.
