摘要
本文介绍了基于Web的短信平台的作用和短信平台在校园网中的应用，提出了校园网短信平台的框架设计，分析了短信信息平台在校园网信息化中起到的巨大作用。
The paper introduces the impacts of the message platform on the basic of Web and the. application of it on the campus network, which also gives a frame design of the message platform about the campus network and analysis the message platform which play a great role in the information of campus network.
