摘要 近几年,视频会议以其工作效率提高、协作能力增强、成本降低的优势得到越来越多行业的青睐。新疆气象部门也已经通过现有的专线网络建立了视频会商及会议系统,通过此系统,区气象局可以和各地州市及时、充分地进行天气预报会商,召开远程工作会议等。本文主要介绍新疆气象视频会商及会议系统的设计与构建。 Video conference has been widly applied in more and more industry in recently few years because of it's higher work efficiency,enhanced cooperation ability and lower cost.Xinjiang meteorological bureau has also found video consultation and conference system based on existing network.By using this system,the province and city-level meteorological bureau can discuss weather prediction timely and sufficiently. The paper introduced the design and foundation of video consultation and conference system for Xinjiang meteorology.
