摘要
本文研究了稀土复合变质处理对改善ZG35CrMo铸钢的组织与性能的影响。试验结果表明,在ZG35CrMo铸钢中加入适量的RE-Ca,可使钢的铸态一次晶细化,魏氏组织基本消除;铁素体沿晶界网状分布得以改善,非金属夹杂由多角状聚集分布变为近似圆球状的弥散均匀分布,从而使钢具有较高的综合机械性能,并克服了一般铸造低合金钢热裂倾向大的缺点,使这种钢的铸造性能优于普通碳素钢,除用于砂模铸造外,还可用于铁模铸造。此外研究还表明,对铸造低合金钢采用稀土复合处理,比单独采用稀土处理能获得更明显的效果。
This paper studies the influence
of rare earth complex modification on improving the microstructure and properties of
ZG35CrMo Cast steel.Experimental results show that the size of primary grain of the
cast steel can be remarkably reduced if proper amount of RE Ca is put into the
ZG35CrMo cast steel.The Widmansttaten microstructure can be almost eliminated.The
ferrite network can be changed into evenly distributed ferrite grains.The agglomerated
polygonal inclusions can be reformed into dispersively distributed spheroids.Therefore
the cast steel can possesses good synthetical mechanical propesties.The crack forming
tendency of plain low alloy cast steel can be eliminated.The castability of ZG35CrMo
cast steel is better than plain carbon steel.The permanent mold casting technique can
be used as well as sand casting.In addition.This paper states that the low alloy steel
with rare earth complex modification is much better that with rare earth modification
only.
