Design and Application Based on Object-Oriented Data Access Middleware

随着信息化建设的发展，大量多媒体数据、图像数据和空间数据的出现使得数据库规模越来越庞大，应用需求越来越复杂，数据库系统需要处理的数据已不再是单一的数据结构，传统的数据访问方法对数据处理效率已渐渐不能满足需求，通过构建元数据库描述异地、异构数据源，予以面向对象的含义，通过数据对象表、对象属性表等数据表体现原关系数据库中数据记录间的面向对象关系．并结合面向对象技术设计实现了对象一关系数据访问中间件。

With the development of information constructing, especially the appearance of lots of multimedia data,image data and spatial data lead to database size bigger and bigger, application demands become more complex, data needed to be treated by database system is not only single data structure, traditional data access method can not fill the need for data processing efficiency. This paper builds metadata database to describe the different place and structure data source, through data table such as data-object table and object-attribute table to show the object-oriented relation between data source, and combining object-oriented technology to build object-oriented data accessing middleware.
