本文分析了目前高校公共计算机教学存在的问题，提出了高校计算机公共课实行零课时的网上教学的改革新思路，并指出了具体的实施过程以及在实施过程中应注意的问题。

This article has analyzed the present problems on public computer teaching in universities, proposed the thoughts of reform about Public computer class implements the zero class hour teaching on the internet, and pointed out the concrete implementation process as well as the points which should pay attention in the implementation process.
