摘要
利用结构优化设计方法,对YA32-500四立柱液压机的下横梁进行了结构优化设计,通过下横梁的结构有限元分析、优化方法选择、敏度分析和结构重分析,设计方案经有限元分析,完全满足设计要求(优化的约束条件),与初始设计方案相比,下横梁重量下降了7.04%.
The paper studies the structural optimization design of the lower beam used in the YA32-500 four column hydraulic presser. Some essential theories and technique are discussed, including the FE analysis of the lower beam, the choice of the optimal methods, the sensitivity analysis and its reanalysis. The SQP method is used in the structural optimization so as to obtain expected results.
