WebGIS is the hot spot of the current GIS technology. This article takes Xiaoyuantong as an example. Network technology and Mobile Location technology is the organic integration of GIS technology, which integrates the functions of GIS and geographic information as a World Wide Web （WWW） which will be the information sources where geographic information is available online and space elements of the attribute query and spatial analysis are offered to the different levels of users with the appropriate operational level and interface.
