摘要 本文提出了“射流曝气污渣循环石灰沉淀法硫酸反调”处理硫酸废水的新工艺。结果表明:该工艺不仅投资省、运行费用低、操作简便,而且,处理后的废水,一类污染物Cd、Hg、Pb、As均低于排放标准;二类污染物pH、SS、COD、Zn、Cu均符合一级排放标准;污渣的压缩性能、沉降性能、过滤性能、稳定性能均能得到很大的改善。 Abstract: A new process composed of jet aeration sediment, sludge circulation, lime sedimentation and sulfuric acid readjustment with advantages of low investment and operating expenses has proposed in this paper. This process is easy to operate and best results of effluent that the contents of group I pollutants such as Cd, Hg, Pb and As are lower then that of discharge standard, and the contents of group II pollutants such as pH, SS, COD, Zn and Cu can meet that of the discharge standard of class Ⅰhave been obtained. The characteristics of compression, sedimentation, filtration and stability for the settled sludge have also been improved evidently.
