本文作者作为《高规》的起草人之一，同时也作为《高规》管理组的成员，从给排水专业的范畴对《高规》的特点，存在的问题，主要分歧点等提供了一些情况，并就拟修订的内容作了扼要介绍。

As one of the participants to draft the Design Norm of Fire System of High Rise Civil Buildings and the membership of the administration group of this design norm, the author of this paper offers some background information about this design norm including the features, the problems and the main disputes in drafting this design norm. Also the points intended to revise are presented.
