摘要
对一种由电动机和气缸组成的工业机械手的工作原理进行了分析,在此基础上,将PLC应用于其控制系统,完成了系统的硬件设计和软件设计.根据该机械手的工作特点,采用移位指令进行编程,使程序得以简化.
This analyzes the working principle, which executes organization of the industry manipulator consists of electromotor and cylinder. On the basis of this analysis, we apply PLC to its control system, and accomplish system's hardware design and software design. According to the working characteristic of this manipulator, we apply the shift instrction to programming, and use this method to predigest the process.
