摘要
针对大学生课堂教学和课外锻炼的情况,在体质测定和身体健康状况询问的基础上,通过开具运动处方,对学生体育活动的运动频率、运动强度、运动持续时间、运动项目等进行控制与干预.本文对运动处方教学模式进行了实践研究,结果表明,科学、合理的运动处方教学对增强学生的体质有明显效果,是提高学生体质的一种可行有效的方法.
The teaching model of exercise prescription aims at exerting control over and making intervention in students' physical activities including their exercise frequency, intensity, time and programs in the form of exercise prescription in view of college students' class teaching and extracurricular training and also based on their physical fitness test and the inquiry into their physical health status. This paper makes a practical study of the teaching model of exercise prescription and has arrived at a conclusion that exercise prescription provides a scientific basis for students' physical training and that the scientific and reasonable teaching of exercise prescription is remarkably effective in improving students' physical quality. In a word, exercise prescription is an effective way to build up students' health.
