摘要
1989年法国核发电量已占全国总发电量的70%。34座900MW_e 级和15座1300MW_e 级核电站已并网发电,5座1300MW_e 级和两座1450MW_e(N_4)级核电站正在建造中。法国电力公司(EDF)约10%的电力出口。法国核电发展取得成功的主要原因在于,自1973年以来法国各届政府明确而坚定的能源政策、建造标准化系列电站、集中管理和强大的工业组织。通过大亚湾核电站的建造,法国在工业建筑、民用工业设备和仪表、电站运行和维修及人员培训等方面的技术和经验可转让给广东核电合营公司。
In France,electricity generated by nuclear power plants represented 70% of the national production in 1989.As of 1 January 1990,34 PWRunits of the 900MW_e class and 15 of the 1300MW_e class were connectedto the French grid.Five 1300MW_e class units and two of the new 1450MW_e“N4”class were still under construction.France exports about10% of EDF's electrical production.The success of the French nuclear power program is due to an unwa-vering political will on the part of all the successive governments since1973,the adoption of standardized models,built in series of nearly identicalunits,and a centralized and powerful industrial organization.For the construction of the Daya Bay nuclear power plant,French know-how has been made available to the future owner such that French ex-perience in the fields of industrial architecture,the nuclear steam supplysystem,the heavy components,civil works structures and equipment,plantoperation and maintenance,and personnel training could be transmitted tothe Guangdong Nuclear Power Joint Venture Company.
