中西医结合治疗老年性高血压临床观察

Clinical Observation of Gerontal High Blood Pressure Treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗老年性高血压的疗效。方法:将84例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各42例,治疗组采用中西医结合治疗,对照组用单纯西药治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率95.24%,对照组总有效率88.09%,两组总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合对老年性高血压病具有很好的疗效。

Objective：To observe the method of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine on gerontal high blood pressure, Methods： 84 cases were randomly divided into therapeutic group and control group. Therapeutic group was treated by traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine. Control group was treated by western medicine only. Results： The total effective rate of therapeutic group was 95.24%, the total effective rate of control group was 88,09%. There were significant differences between them（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine can improve the curative effect of gerontal high blood pressure.
