摘要
总结233例高龄孕产妇的护理体会。认为重点是孕期加强监护及健康教育指导,做好并发症及合并症的防治;选择适当的分娩方式及时机;分娩后加强监护,密切观察子宫收缩,阴道流出量,防止产后出血;做好产褥期康复指导和新生儿护理。这是有效降低孕产妇及新生儿病死率的关键。
To summarize the comprehension of nursing care of 233 senile gravida. The emphasis is intensive care and healthy educational guidance at the duration of pregnancy, prevention and cure of complication. To prevent postpartum hemorrhage, we could select proper style and opportunity of childbearing, enhance care after childbearing, observe uterine contraction and outflow volume of vagina intimately. Recovery guidance of Childbed and neonatus＇ nursing care are important also. All the above can degrade the case fatality rate of puerperal and neonatus.
