高效液相色谱法测定消炎片中黄芩苷的含量

Determination of Baicalin in Xiaoyan Tablet by HPLC

目的：建立中成药消炎片中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法：用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂，Diamonsil C18，5μm，150mm×4．6mm，以甲醇-0．2mol／L磷酸二氢钠缓冲液（磷酸调pH2．7）（40：60）为流动相；检测波长为275nm；流速10mL／min。结果：黄芩苷在0．193-0．6755μg之间，都与相应的峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9999），平均回收率为100．44％，RSD为2．17％（n=5）。结论：该方法准确可靠，可用于本制剂的质量控制。

Objective ：To establish a HPLC method for the determination the content of baicalin in Xiaoyaa tablet.Method： Diamonsil C18 Column （ 150mm×4.6mm,5μm ）was used.The mobile phase was methanol -0.2mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate buffer （ 40 ： 60 ）, adjusting the pH value with phosphoric acid.The detection wavelength was 275 nm and flow rate was 1.0mL/min.Result：A linearity was obtained for baicalin （r=0.9999） ,and the average recovery of baicalin was 100.44%,RSD was 2.17% （n=5）.Conclusion：The method is reliable,accurate,and very suitable to the quality control of Xiaoyan tablet.
