高效液相色谱法测定白花前胡中白花前胡丙素的含量

Content of Praeruptorin C in Radix Peucedani Measured by High Efficiency Lliquid Chromatography

采用高效液相色谱法测定白花前胡干燥根中白花前胡丙素的含量。色谱柱为shim-pack ODS柱;流动相为乙腈-甲醇-水-氯仿(40:30:30:1);检测波长为322nm。白花前胡丙素与其它香豆素成分的色谱峰得到基线分离。加样回收率均值为98.4%,RSD为1.8%。同时,对紫花前胡干燥根也进行了分析,结果:紫花前胡不含白花前胡丙素。实验不仅为前胡不同品种的鉴别提供实验依据,而且为控制白花前胡的内在质量提供可靠的方法。

Praeruptorin C were measured in Radix Peucedani by high efficiency liquid chromatography. shim-pack ODS post was chromatographic bar. Acetonitrile- methanol- Chloroform （ 40： 30： 30：1 ） was mobile phase. Detection length was 322nm. Mean recovery rate of application of sample was 98.4%, RSD was 1.8%. Peucedanum decur-sivum was analyzed meanwhile. It showed that Radix Peucedani didn＇ t have praeruptorin C. This experiment provided experiment proof for identification of different kinds of hogfennel root, but also provided reliable methods for manipulation of quality inside of Radix Peucedani.
