摘要 目的:观察芒果苷对实验性胃溃疡的影响。方法:采用大鼠水浸应激性胃溃疡、醋酸性胃溃疡及幽门结扎性胃溃疡模型,测定芒果苷对溃疡指数、溃疡面积、胃液量、胃液酸度、胃蛋白酶及胃黏膜超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的影响。结果:芒果苷能抑制溃疡的形成,使胃黏膜SOD活性升高、MDA含量下降,对胃液量、胃液酸度和胃蛋白酶活性无影响。结论:芒果苷具有一定的抗溃疡作用。 Objective:To study the effect of mangiferin on gastric ulcers in rats.Methods:Ulcer index,area of ulcer, gastric juice volume,acidity and pepsin output were measured on experimental gastric ulcer induced by water-immersion stress, acetic acid and pyloric ligation in rats. The changes of superoxidase dismutase ( SOD )and malondialdehyde ( MDA ) in the gastric mucosa of gastric ulcer induced by water-immersion stress were assessed. Results : Mangiferin could inhibit the formation of ulcer , could increase the activity of SOD and decrease the contents of MDA in the gastric mucosa. Mangiferin was not shown to be able to reduce gastric juice volume, acidity and pepsin output. Conclusion : Mangiferin had antiulcer effect in rats.
