摘要
检索Pubmed数据库和中国期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库等,对资料进行整理,研究缓释镇痛药物载体材料的特点。结果表明目前此类高分子材料有生物降解型和非生物降解型两大类。生物降解型高分子材料因其能在生物体内经水解、酶解等过程逐渐降解成低分子量化合物或单体,进而能被排出体外或参加体内正常代谢而消耗掉,故而更具有优势,其中聚乳酸及其共聚物就是此类材料的代表品种。聚乳酸及其共聚物在人体内的代谢是通过水解或酶解最终被完全降解为CO2和水,在人体内无积聚问题,且人体对此类材料有很强的耐受性,故成为人们广泛关注的药物缓释高分子材料。
A search of Pubmed database, China Journal Full-text Database and China Bio-Medical Literature on disc was undertaken to investigate the characteristics of carrier material of delayed release analgesic drugs. Results revealed that, the high-polymer materials include bio-degradable ones and non-bio-degradable ones. Bio-degradable high polymer materials, representative as polylactic acid and its copolymer, are predominant due to they can be degraded into low molecular weight compound or monomer by hydrolysis and enzymolysis, leading to their expulsion in vitro or participation in normal metabolism in vivo, which indicate the consumption. Polylactic acid and its copolymer can be completely degraded into CO2 and water through hydrolysis or enzymolysis, so they can not accumulate in the human body, moreover the human body is strongly tolerant to the materials, therefore, polylactic acid and its copolymer have attracted many attentions as a high polymer material for drug delayed release.
