The market or external intervention and peasants＇ livelihood choice that has been influenced by rural community culture and knowledge are interacting maximally with each other, which guides and catalyzes the rebuilding of community order. This rebuilding might be activated by external intervention; however, it is net the necessary result of such intervention. It is a non-stopping process that will bring about another rebuilding by internal conflicts and coordination in the community.
