以利基市场为起点寻求生存与壮大之路,已是中小企业发展的重要选择。通过一些企业的发展历程,从如何寻找利基产品,进入利基市场;形成规模,创立品牌,构筑壁垒,占领利基市场;构建创新平台,形成核心竞争力,进入主流产品市场等方面探究基于利基市场的企业发展战略。
It has been an important choice for small and medium-sized enterprises to seek a path for survival and development starting with Niche Marketing. This article tries to explore the development strategies of enterprises based on Niche Marketing through development courses of enterprises, how to seek Niche products into Niche Marketing, reach scale, create brand, build barriers, occupy Niche Market, construct innovation platform, gain core competence and enter mainstream product market.
