甲磺酸帕珠沙星注射液治疗下呼吸道感染疗效及对糖代谢影响观察

Observation of efficacy and safety of pazufloxacin in treatment of infections of lower respiratory tract

目的评价甲磺酸帕珠沙星注射液治疗下呼吸道感染的疗效和安全性,特别是对糖代谢的影响。方法采用前瞻性、双盲对照试验设计,将2005年6月~2006年6月在我院呼吸内科住院的126例下呼吸道感染患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各63例。治疗组予甲磺酸帕珠沙星300mg静脉滴注每12h;对照组予加替沙星400mg静脉滴注,1次/d,疗程均为7~14d。结果治疗组和对照组临床有效率分别为93.65%和92.02%（p〉0.05）,细菌清除率为95.65%和90.90%（p〉0.05）。对照组对血糖的影响率为7.93%,治疗组无明显的血糖波动（p〈0.05）。结论甲磺酸帕珠沙星治疗细菌性下呼吸道感染疗效确切、安全,对糖代谢影响不明显,尤适合糖尿病患者和肝肾功能有严重损害的感染患者。

Objective To evaluate efficacy and safety of paznfloxacin mesilate sodium chloride injection in the treatment of bacterial infections of lower respiratory tract and it＇s effect for glucose. Methods A double - blind randomized controlled clinical trial was carried out to evaluate efficacy and safety of paznfloxacin mesilate sodium chloride, as compared to those of gatifloxacin. 126 patients were divided into two groups：A： Pazufloxacin group （n = 63 ） , each patient was administered intravenously by a dose of 300 mg every 12 hours and B： gatifloxacin group（ n = 63 ） , each patient was administered intravenously by a dose of 400 mg every day respectively, for 7 to 14 days. Results Overall efficacy of pazufloxacin mesilate was 93.65 % and gatifloxacin was 92.02% respectively （p 〉 0.05 ）. Overall bacterial clearance rate was 95.65% and 90.9% respectively （p 〉0.05）. The influential rate of serum glycose in B group was 7.93%, but in A group is less （p 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Pazufloxacin mesilate sodium chloride injection is a safe and effective antibiotic in treatment for acute infections of lower respiratory. No patient was found dysglycemia. Pazufloxacin can be used for treatment patients with diabetes mellitus and severs dysfunction of liver and kidney.
