江淮分水岭井灌模式研究——以水家湖农场旱地节水灌溉项目示范区为例

A Study on the Well Irrigation Model in the Jianghuai Watershed Regions

安徽省农垦局水家湖农场,通过实施农业综合开发节水灌溉——井灌项目,为安徽省江淮分水岭地区的14个县(区),100个乡镇,248万hm2土地面积提供了示范。在发展现代农业,推动新农村建设,促进农民增收中具有带动和推广作用,为江淮分水岭地区农民增收探索了致富之路。

The Shuijiahu Farm of the Land Reclamation Bureau of Anhui Province provided an example for the forty counties, one hundred towns and 2.48 million hm^2 of land in the Jianghuai watershed regions of Anhui Province by the water-saving irriga- tion project-the well irrigation project. It plays a leading and promoting role in the development of modem agriculture, the construction of a new countryside and the increase of the farmers＇ income and points out a way for the increase of income of the farmers in that region.
