燃油掺水超声乳化技术的研究

Study on the Ultrasonic Emulsion Technology of the Burning Oil Added with Water

燃烧乳化油是一项新的燃烧技术。在阐明乳化油燃烧节能原理的基础上，分析了超声乳化的机理及其优点；给出了一种管道式电超声乳化工艺流程，并讨论了其工艺条件。最后，介绍了功率超声处理系统中超声功率发生器和换能振动系统等关键技术。

Burning emulsified oil is a new burning technology. Based on illus-trating the energy conservation principle of burning emulsified oil, the mecha-nism and the advantages of ultrasonic emulsion are analyzed. A kind of techno-logical process of pipeline-type electric ultrasonic emulsion is given, whosetechnical conditions are discussed. The key technologies of the power ultrason-ic processing system, including ultrasonic power generator and vibration sys-tem, are introduced in the end.
