摘要 针对输煤系统的特点,拟定输煤系统的典型工艺流程,对应用可编程控制器的控制方案进行研究,完成程控系统的硬件设计,并且介绍了这个程控系统的结构和功能。可编程控制器可以根据系统工艺流程的要求顺序启动、停止参控设备,完成闭锁控制,接受操作人员的控制命令,实现对整个输煤系统的监控和数据处理。 According to the characteristics of the coal transport systems, in or-der to propose a typical process for the systems a control scheme of PLC isstudied. The structure and functions of this control system are described; andthe hardware configuration design of this control system is finished. The PLCcontrol system can perform many operations such as the sequential start/stopcontrol of the equipment, the equipments locking control, recieving controlcommands from operators and issuing control instructions to the PLC. Thecontrol system can monitor the equipments and process the information forwhole system.
