催化法制备活性半焦及其脱硫性能的研究 被引量:4

摘要 为提高活性半焦脱硫剂的硫容并降低其成本,在活性半焦的制备过程中加入3种不同的催化剂,通过SO2吸附、N2吸附、XRD和IR等分析方法对半焦的微晶结构以及活性半焦的硫容、比表面积、孔隙结构和脱硫前后表面官能团的变化进行了测试和表征.结果表明:3种催化剂的加入都有利于减小表征半焦芳香结构层片大小的Lc值;活性半焦的穿透硫容随Lc的减小而增加,随平均孔径的减小而增加;催化法制备的活性半焦的穿透硫容为常规活性半焦穿透硫容的2.4~7.4倍;活性半焦上吸附的SO2主要以Ar—SO3-H的形式存在. In order to improve the desulphurization performance of activated char and reduce its cost, three different types of catalysts were used in the process of activated char preparation. SO2 adsorption, N2 adsorption, XRD and IR were used to characterize the micro crystal structure of char and the surface area, pore structure, desulphurization performance of activated char. Results show that all these catalysts are beneficial for decreasing Lc value which repre- sents the size of aromatic structure layer of char; the desulphurization performance of activated char increases with the decrease of Lc value and also with the decrease of average pore size of activated char. The breakthrough capacity of SO2 for the activated char sample with catalyst is 2.4-7.4 times of that of activated char sample without catalyst. The Ar-SO3-H is formed when SO2 adsorbed on the activated char surface.
